Trauma & executive functioning aren't separate concerns, but too many fields treat them like they are anyway.<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

You may have noticed it too, as a provider, a researcher, or as someone who receives support and treatment. There are too many voices competing for people's attention, and it's killing consensus. What we're ending up with is a mess where people trust their providers less than they trust a TikTok influencer or ChatGPT response.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

We're performing critical research with integrity.<\/h3>

We study how stress, health, familial and social connections, political coercion, and living environments affect real-world functioning. We're also investigating just how honest trauma-informed care providers are in their claims.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Our programs support executive functioning where deficits truly begin: basic needs. We're developing community partnerships to improve service delivery and accessibility for housing, food, education, and economic opportunity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n

We're building an accessible credential for everyday practice.<\/h3>

Trauma-informed practice needs a unified concept of what trauma is and how to support individuals, families, and communities in their daily functioning. Our training is designed to meet the needs of clinical and wellness providers alike.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n
