We’re building TEFI in the open and in community. Whether you’re interested in testing new tools, partnering on research, joining our leadership, or sharing your experiences, there’s a meaningful way to connect with us.

Participate in user testing

We’re currently inviting people to participate in early testing of FunctionalMe. Testers help shape how the tool works in real life by sharing feedback on usability, clarity, and daily fit.

This is a great option if you want to contribute directly to the development of trauma-informed executive functioning support.

Become a research partner

We collaborate with researchers, clinicians, educators, and institutions who are interested in studying executive functioning, trauma, regulation, and capacity in real-world contexts.

If you’re exploring ethical, applied research and want to build something together, we’d love to start a conversation.

Join our board of directors or advisory board

TEFI is intentionally expanding its board and advisory leadership as the organization grows. We’re looking for people who bring complementary experience in research, public health, technology, finance, governance, and community leadership.

Share your lived experience with trauma

We believe lived experience is a critical form of knowledge. If you’ve navigated executive functioning challenges related to trauma, health, neurodivergence, caregiving, or systemic barriers, you’re welcome to share your story with us.
